Refund Policy

Bravax Technologies Limited values customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.

1. Digital Products and Services

All payments for digital services, subscriptions, and software-based products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or work has commenced.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate or incorrect charge), or
  • The Service was not delivered as described due to a verified fault on our part.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Project-Based Services

For custom or project-based services (including web development, design, or consulting), payments already made are non-refundable once the project has started, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
